Our inventory warehouses for our products are based in Europe and Asia, so refunds may be permitted however we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. This is also due to not having USA warehousing at the moment. However BellaBloome is in the process of branching out and expanding as rapidly as possible, and plans to have 100% USA shipping and inventory to allow much faster shipping times as well as returns and exchanges by the year 2021. Once a product defect is fully examined we will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
